The message and mandate of the vision is two- dimensional:
1. Evangelism and Mission: “---- that they may receive forgiveness of sins”.
2. Stirring up potentials, and activating endtime spiritual positions within the body of Christ for the fulfillment of diving purpose: “---- and inheritance among them that are sanctified by faith”.
